Cancellation Policy

At MR VIP, we understand that travel plans can change. Our goal is to remain flexible while ensuring our chauffeurs and vehicles are available exclusively for confirmed guests.

Cancellations

​

Full Refund:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (and at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time) will receive a 100% refund.

​

Partial Refund:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a 50% refund.

​

No Refunds:
No-shows or cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking once, free of charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time (subject to availability).

Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before pick-up will be treated as a cancellation.

Delays & Missed Flights

If your flight or arrival is delayed, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
We will do our best to adjust your transfer time based on availability.
In cases of extreme delay or failure to notify, the booking may be marked as a no-show.

Inclement Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of severe weather conditions (e.g., storms, flooding, flight cancellations, or government-issued travel advisories), MR VIP will make every effort to reschedule your transfer at no additional cost.

If rescheduling is not possible, guests will receive a full refund.

If weather conditions make it unsafe to operate, MR VIP reserves the right to cancel or delay service, and full refunds will be provided in such cases.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Any processing fees charged by your payment provider are non-refundable.
