1. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made online via our website, by email, or by phone.

• All bookings require accurate and complete information, including pickup/drop-off locations, flight numbers, and number of passengers.

• A booking is confirmed once payment has been processed and a confirmation email has been sent.

2. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed at the time of booking through secure payment gateways.

• All prices are quoted in USD and include standard service charges. Additional fees may apply for certain locations, extra passengers, or special requests.

• Pricing is subject to change if additional services are requested after confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Full Refund: Cancel within 24 hours of booking.

• Partial Refund: Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice – 50% refund.

• No Refund: No-shows or failure to provide accurate pickup details.

• Inclement Weather: We reserve the right to reschedule bookings due to severe weather or safety concerns. Clients will be offered the earliest available alternative or full refund.

4. Flight Delays & Changes

• Clients must provide accurate flight information.

• In the event of delays, our chauffeurs will adjust pickup times based on the flight status at no additional cost within a reasonable window.

• Extended waiting times beyond 60 minutes may incur additional fees.

5. Vehicle Assignment

• Vehicles and chauffeurs are assigned automatically based on availability and service type.

• Customers may select the type of vehicle (SUV or Sprinter), but specific vehicle or chauffeur assignments are at the discretion of MR VIP LUXURY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for pickups and provide accurate flight and contact information.

• Follow safety instructions and respect the vehicle.

• Pets, large luggage, or special items must be disclosed in advance.

7. Liability

• MR VIP LUXURY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or flight changes beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property carried in our vehicles.

• Our vehicles are insured for passenger safety in accordance with local regulations.

8. Extra Charges

• Certain pickup or drop-off locations may incur additional fees.

• Extra charges will be communicated clearly before booking or at the point of selection.

• We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing transportation services.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

• Any disputes arising from bookings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Turks and Caicos.
